Funding a public library is on the November ballot. Keizer voters will have the opportunity to vote to decide whether to fund a public library. Currently, the Keizer Community Library is a nonprofit supported by volunteers and donations.

Keizer Community Library currently meets all qualifications to become a public library, except the requirement that half the library’s budget must come from public funds. Passage of the November ballot measure would satisfy this requirement.
